If you’re suffering from joint pain or rheumatic arthritis, we recommend you try this effective natural remedy. It’s also super convenient to make, and you may even already have all the ingredients in your kitchen cupboard.
What you need:
– 2 cups olive oil
– 10 fresh red chili peppers
– 1 liter Glass Jar
Directions
Wash the peppers and take out the stems.
Grind the peppers into a food processor. You should get approximately one cup of finely chopped mixture.
Transfer the mixture into a clean glass jar and add the olive oil.
Leave it in a cool dark place.
Strain the mixture with a gauze after 7 days.
The treatment can be used by rubbing the oil into your skin several times a day, or whenever joint pains are experienced.
Put on a pair of tights or warm socks after rubbing the oil in the affected part, as it’s important that other parts of your body are kept warm. Expect that feel a burning or tingling feeling on your skin, on applying the oil. Don’t worry though, this is normal and to be expected.
You can gradually reduce the frequency of this oil massage over time. It can be performed once a week after a month or two of using this treatment or whenever your joints are aching. Always remember though, to keep the oil away from direct sunlight.
